I know a person who has a company and who provides franchises. E.g. think of him as a recriter (who has good talent pool). Nenu athaniki customers choopinchanu. To start off, the customer pays him about 40K and on a regular basis they pay monthly commission of about 5K to this customer. Without my marketing these people would not have been worked with this person. Everytime I introduce a franchisee to this person, he used to say 'I will take care of you'. So far there is no commitment from him that he will share x% of the initial sign-up cost + y% of the commission. How do I go about asking him? Also in this whole thing should I excpect any money from this person at all? He thinks that because of his product people are joining hands with him. I totally agree with him that he has a good product and people are lining up for this. However, taking any pharmaceutical company into consideration - they all have good products, but the marketing people who gets them business will be treated properly I guess. So I am thinking from that perspective. I am meeting this person tonight. I want to talk to him in a diplomatic way to benefit out of this promotion that I have been doing for him. Let me know how you would handle the communication and benefit out of it. |
