anta ledu mama, its just practice, increase 1 mile every week and you are set. put shorter goals while running, like i'll run for next 10 mins without a stop or run untill the next signal.. some thing like that will help you. i ran 10.2 is 2 hrs 2 mins.. i used to run at 9 and half/mile, but then i got injured and i lost the pace..once i build up enough strength, i'll try for that speed again. my goal is 9 min/mile. today - quads and hammies for rajusk, twitter, sensexx, bunty and other active cricketers I as reading some stuff from Mark Rippietoe ( a famous strenght coach) acc to him for a ball throwing(bowling) motion - your rotator cuff, anterior and posterior parts of shoulder blades need to be strong modern gymmming focusses more on bench press which do not aid these muscles to strengthen them - do "barbell shoulder press" for rehab of many shoulder injuries, barbell press is recommended by many physios this is what i comprehended...hope this info helps you guys Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall,Humpty Dumpty had a great fall |
