Per attorney: Date must be current when it is being adjudicated ie, when they make the decision. It seems it takes about 4 months on 485 approval. So on the approval date the date has to be current. In this db, there's always someone watching you!!  | ||

if his PD date is current and his 485 makes in in the "window" - before retro he is good and his 485 will be counted against whatever is available we are in the same boat as his and made it in march window Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall,Humpty Dumpty had a great fall | ||

Maavodiki 140 approved. Now he plans to apply for 485 but his immi attorney saying they can only apply in mid of april. Now if they do apply, in may if there is retrogression and his date being no more current - would his application be counted against current GC numberi?
