3) new lca
4) fees though it is 380 or so

they follow same process ass new h1..

applicaiton is also same for amendment.

Be careful while doing H1 amendment.If your H1 is valid for 3 years and doing H1 Amendment based on client letter.
If client letter had only duration 6 months than you will be in trouble.
They will reissue H1 approval with valid only to 6 month term.

kani ippudu jarigedi USCIS client visits which are different from DOS client visit.

USCIS ki h1 lo manam apply chesina lca ne vallaki access untadi.. so vallu akkadaki vastaru..
