since he has GC he can form a S corp,don't go for C corp,you have to pay double taxes..that is for h1's and non GC holders.. cherapakura chedevu. | ||

There are 3 types of Corporations. - Corporation - S Corporation - LLC Read about these. Yes. the process is different by state, but most of it is common. For starters and single owners, small and medium businesses, LLC is simpler to manage. Here is the process at high level. - Choose a name - register at state corporate commission - after approval, publish articles of incorporation - get EIN from federal govt. - if you sell goods (IT services may or may not require depending on state), get sales tax license from state As far as attorney - you dont need it if u are incorporating LLC. but, if u r going with Corporation, its worth it. because, it involves a little more documentation. simple go to CPA,aadu $300 teesukuntadu(you can also regester your self from legal zoom etc..) plus regestration fee inko 300 to 400 untundi.. 15 mins job all set,you will recive fed id,state id etc in 30 days.. but you can perform business etc from the day one.. next start struggles.. you have to take care about quarterly reports,annual tax filing,all taxes paying.. cherapakura chedevu. | ||

What type of job u or ur wife do? If anyone works as Contractor isntead of FUlltime position u can open Company and work on 1099 instead of being W2 employee to some staffing company U canopen company thro CPA. Total expense to register with CPA will eb arnd 500 If u do ur self it will be 150 SOme Liabilty Insurance for arnd 1 millin theesukovaali which will cost u $1000 per year for company purpose | ||
