jacky..as ead option is almost ruled out....suggest how should i proceed on the below

1. wife H1 expires on SEP 12
2. Project ends by May 31st
3. she will be on mat leave for 6-8 weeks..and after that also employer will pay her even if she wont get any project before sep...
4. if I apply for h1 extn now..manager can give the client letter(with otu any end date mentioned)..
5.or if i apply for H1 extn say in auguest...pay slips will be there..but not project..

so when is the best time ro apply for H1 extn?
