http://imgur.com/BSegz 1) 1/2 cup oats - fry without oil for 3 minutes and then mixi lo kotti pettkondi 2) 1/2 cup cracked wheat - fry without oil for 3 minutes (already fry chesindi koninte no need to fry again) 3) mustard seeds(chitikedu), urad dal, chana dal, curry leaves, cashew nuts - ivanni thala oka 1/4 spoon theesukoni dry roast cheyyandi 4) mix eveyrthing from step 1, 2 and 3 and add grated carrot (2) and mix with curd(1/2 vup) + required amount of salt 5) idli cooker lo pettadam final step tastes too good...wont regret for trying this |
