My guess is - you need custom development. Again, Sulekha.com has a lot of functionality like Craigslist and you need a lot of custom programming for that. If they are trying to make it big, they need to have a niche market and special features. But, if they are looking a site just for name sake, you can search of google for "Craigslist clones" and you you will get some sites. Most of these sites will be PHP based. You will have to come up with a combination of bits and pieces to get the final form based on the requirements. | ||

WordPress has 2 different flavors. WordPress.com and wordpress.org. If you want to host it on your server, you get it from wordpress.org (the entire software) and you configure it. If you just want your website up and running, you go with wordpress.com, where you signup for an account on Wordpress's site and just configure it. By default, you get some URL like http://www.wordpress/com/YourWebSite. If you want to appear like http://www.yourChurch.com, you buy a domain and point to it. Drupal is another CMS like WordPress. Concept is the same. If you want to host it on your server, you get Drupal, host it and configure it. WordPress is a CMS - Content management System. DreamWeaver is an IDE - Development environment. If you have standard functionality like some static pages and some standard widgets, you can use wordpress. All you need to have is an idea of how you want to arrange your content and Wordpress has tools to configure it. On the other hand, dreamweaver is an IDE and you need to know the basics of web and you need to build all your HTML and need to know some server side programming if you need some interactive functionality.
