Evaro attorney opinions. simple explanation

It shows that the USCIS is still not approving many EB2 AOS cases. For purposes of this report, "demand" from the USCIS means approved cases, not pending cases. They could have 500,000 pending cases, but if they only approve 10 this month, then their stated "demand" is 10

expected more movement this time around, so anything I might suggest would be a wild guess, at best. Offhand, my feeling is that if we are going to see more forward movement, we will hit 1/1/2011 by June. As for CP vs. AOS, of course CP is going to be faster. Where do you think those visas are going right now? The USCIS is not closing out AOS applications very quickly. Right now, visas are being used by overseas immigrant visa applicants. Given that there are people with AOS cases pending who have late 2007 priority dates, why do you think they are advancing cutoff dates into mid-2010? The reason is that the USCIS won't approve enough cases to use up quota numbers and the only way to make sure that visas aren't wasted is to qualify enough people with more recent priority dates who are willing to do consular processing

basic ga CP cases kosam move chestunnadu annatu cheppadu..interesting
