Yes 70hours kanna ekkuve panbi chesi, 70hours e timesheet mida reported. Complex issues, system hang avtundi in production on Friday. Monday go-live. Antha enduku, kid birth appudu worked from hospital for over 12hours. Aa range pani undedi. Go-live successful ga vellina one week ke thank you very much we dont have funds annaru. Ok ani job hunting. Inthalo vendor call chesi vere edo issue vachindi, can you help them out for 2hours ani adigaadu. Issue enti ante email chesaadu. Email ki reply chesa quickest work around is compromise on something else and this will be done. Ledu ledu, no compromises we need everything ante 1week to 2 weeks pani. Kudaradu annanu. | ||

babai do you really think 70 hrs were a 100% productive? i am not questioning anybody's integrity here but we all know how we roll..1 day notice is too bad but may be they were left with no other choice end of the day we need to feed our families..so staying afloat is more important to me than sinking with boat load of arrogance specially when jobs are hard to come along | ||

Oka project lo after making a client go-live, working 70hours a week etc. Budget ayipoindi ani 1 day notice lo unna iddari consultants ni theesesaaru. Fine. Aa 1 day lo kudurina antha documentation ichaamu. 100% work chesunte 10-20% documentation cos 1 day lo antha kanna chese situation ledu dealing with prod issues. Client was worst, narakam chupettaru project lo. Consultants find another project. Ippudu evo prod issues vastunnai. Client is calling the vendor to see if KM and his counterpart can support them 1 or 2 days to resolve the issues. KM tells them that the issues will take 1-2 weeks to resolve. Quick workaround okati suggest chesa. But we cannot do that work around annaru. KM and other guy says we dont have time since we are on other projects. Is this the right thing to do or lickingobhava anaala. |
