Currently 90% of the Indian companies are dependent on US offshored jobs. If this trend continues forever, India would definitely be in trouble in the long term. Recent ga Oregon State University nunchi graduate ayina oka American computer science grad has been looking for an entry level Informatica position and this guy literally gave up searching for jobs and he was planning to do his masters from University of Washington, Seattle.... It seems TCS called him 2 weeks ago for a phone screening, but they said they would need atleast 1 year of experience as a Jr Informatica developer. The new campus is one of the largest facilities being set up by any Indian software company in the country. Infosys started operations last year after facing initial glitches. The company had promised to provide 25,000 jobs over a period of 10 years when it had signed an MoU with the state government in 2007.
