thermostat is just a controller to set temperatures. You need your ventilation ducts setup to support dual zones. You will have two thermostats, one for basement and one for rest of the home, working independently. | ||

NO. 22K is very reasonable, basement tavvadaniki. And 8K is bare minimum for finishing. But, most of the guys here think you are spending 30K for finishing basement and expect lot of amenities there. Maaku already unfinished basement undhi. If we spend 30K for finishing, we can get lot of things built in it. That is not your case ani cheptunna. | ||

Mav, 9K ki vaadu chesey "finishing" antha thakkuva untey...just get the unfinished basement option. Extra 15-20K for unfinished basement is verry reasonable because a concrete slab for a non-basement house is a lot cheaper than digging a basement. IMO, that 20K investment is totally worth it. Honestly Not very sure about yearly thing, I was under assumption that once you finish the basement ,it starts counting as additional sq footage in your house, And the taxes are on the sq footage,so in turn it gets added yearly.I could be wrong too?? Here's my opinion Basement finished aiythe ,you get to pay more taxes,, anduke I know some people dont prefer to go with finished basements when they are going for a new construction. At any time, nuvvu basement cusotmize cheyinchukunte ,you can go from 8k to 30k depending on what you choose. One other thing nuvvu midwest lo vuntav kabatti, go for dual thermostat, it saves you a ton on heat bills. You dont go an sit in the basement everyday,avasaram aiynappudu you will turn on.. I know a friend who finished their basement for 8 thousand. Laminated wood tho, if ur plan is to keep investing on home improvements after a year go without upgrade and do it urself. Ledu I am not going to do any upgrades for next 5 years ante builder to katincheyi anyhow goes in the loan and u can use that money for investment in india This real estate is for sale. | ||
