If I ever wish this dream to be fulfilled at any cost.Its shame on our face people among as called indians live under roof like those. In my view it should be part of national agenda to construct houses for poor, like Education act there should be a law for House . This will build hughe domestic consumption there by economy. But in implementation ..yes it will happen with given conditions we have. We can't build corruption free system over night.
