thursday night - LA Boxing.. 1 hour.. First day back after injury.. feels like i can start going to weights next week..
why are these girl scout cookies so darn good.. i gobbled up half a box of "short bread cookies" yesterday.. felt like i should go and work out to compensate..

Had very good cardio for about an hour last night,

Tonight - some cardio ,abs and legs

btw 5th straight day with no meat(its been ages like this). feels good so far..

what is a good weight loss in a month?? 3 or 4 pounds?? or more?

After one week, yesterday, 1 hour on elliptical.

I focus on cardio so don't stretch much. Target is weight loss, not mass gain.

Feeling some pain on right ankle. Going to try and stretch 5 minutes before and after cardio.

I cannot move an inch of chest press and pec deck machine if I do pushups. Not sure why. I even tried with lower weights but no luck.

Also, I just do 3 sets of 10...it may be more for a fresher like me but shouldn't impact other chest workouts. For now, I am not going for pushups but will try to incorporate it later.
