driver kaka, india lo education system is linked to the overall outlook of the cnadidate. i came from big college where all people started from campus placements. so bayati vadiki, peddha college ki diff untundi SPeed lo. bayati vadu 2 years ki cheri confirm ayyi 2 lakhs ki vachesariki wipro candidate, ye infosys lo doori 5 lakhs ki elipothadu. India lo if ur techie, MANAGEMENT roles ki easy ga teeskoru (mba kavali antaru) etc ila chala unnai. but equally same salary, same exp unna 1 ENGG boy gets more rating than 1 commerce boy in Saamaaaajam kRUshITHO nAsthee dURbhikSHAM!! I do have Indian 3 year degree Certifications too good exp Helped me where as info with my qualification Difficult to consider interview itself For me b4 I come to singapore I almost Cleared HCL to final but at last manager Objected as I'm commerce graduate Life is Race. Y soo much diff I m commere graduate Here I get job either in Microsoft or oracle Or java or any big organization All here they care is exp and graduation Where as in india when I was there They are very perticular about basic Qualification like min MCA or BSC That's another thing given hard time For me to my career growth Curious to know even today is It same Or any graduate having good skills and exp can Get job in wipro or any big organization Share urs exp Life is Race.
