hmmm... 5 10, 200lbs, 44 Inches waist. Could be equilibrium body, pants could be 40-42. Body Fat could be close to 35%. Dangerous.

Other candidate who is 34 inch and 200 lbs, if body fat is not low, high heart attack risk.

I am not sure but I feel that way, even though I am able to use my old wardrobe.
I think key in my weight loss was cutting out beer and eating haelthy with around 15 miles per week.
