anything is not a big deal, depending what you mean by "cover" and how many days you want to spend there. Maadi comprehensive 5 day trip. Orlando sarigga "cover" cheyyaledu anipinchindi...went to only one theme park and spent the day there until sunset, then drove to Miami. Miami lo 2 nights. Day 5) Looe Key snorkel - we did this through "strike zone charters" @ big pine key and it was a lifetime experience..this is not for the faint hearted....fishes at this reef are not only HUGE but you will come across reef sharks and nurse sharks as well....this reef is deep and you could see LARGE grouper fishes and reef/nurse sharks patrolling the reef down under..we also came across a huge baracuda patrolling the reef..that came up to the surface and checked us out..those fishes do not hurt humans so it is imp to keep our cool and not panic.. after the snorkel we headed to "the blue hole" in big pine key that is a sanctuary to alligators and the endangered key deer..we saw an alligator and many key deers | ||

Day 3) Big Pine key kayaking day trip.....big pine key is abt 10 miles south to marathon key and boasts some fantastic road side turquoise water views..we've used 'big pine key kayak adventures' for this trip....we've paddled through the pristine mangrove forests and got to see lots of wildlife in the shallow 3 feet deep waters......the shallow waters provided for a relaxing paddle...chilled out in a tiki bar in the evening..next time we vowed to do the island hopping kayak during which we get to hop between small uninhabited islands.. Day 4) Pamily oriented trip for one of our buddies with an infant kid.....drove up to Islamorada key to "Robbie's Marina" for feeding the crazy hungry Tarpon fish..these are huge wild fishes with huge mouths that swim upto the decks of the marina so we could buy buckets of small fish to feed these huge fishes...sometimes our hands end up wrist deep into the fishes mouths..the place is flocked by tons of pelicans too so it was fun feeding these animals.. then we headed to THE THEATER OF THE SEA in islamorada....families should NOT miss this wonderful place that provides UP CLOSE and PERSONAL interaction with dolphins, sea lions, large birds, sting rays and reptiles..we chose the dolphin wade program during which we could get into chest deep lagoons with huge dolphins and do some trained maneuvers with the dolphins....maneuvers include hugs, kisses, dancing with dolphins, dolhin splashes, dolphin fetch, dolphin presents (idi keka...oka saiga cheste dolphin will fetch a present for you..presents include sea weed, branches etc.....oko sari immediate ga pond lo em dorakkunte oka good 2-3 minutes tiskuni full ga vethiki edokati techi istundi....wife ki sea weed techindi, konta tiskunte oorukoledu..full ga dani notlonchi chinna mukka kuda odalakunda tiskunevaraku vellaledu adi)... the 2 dolphins that we interacted with are 29 and 30 yrs old....next time we'll do a dolphin swim during which we could ride on dolphins backs and do lot of other expert manuevers..this will be done in deep waters so swimming ravali or life jacket eskuni digali) sea lion show was very good....parrot show was great and after the show we could get up close and play with those huge macaw and other parrots...... | ||

Monna Xmas vacation ki 1 week keys poyam....akkada activities ni kaachi vadaposi tea lo kalupukuni taagina experience tho ee travelogue: Day 1) Checked into a vacation home in Marathon key...this key is right in the middle of all keys and provides easy access to both Miami and Key West....that's why I've selected this key as our strategic location..kiki..this key also boasts the great Sombrero Beach and provides easy access to the magnificient Sombrero Reef (for snorkel and dive enthusiasts) Been to sombrero beach on day 1 and chilled out with booze and grilled food Day 2) Been to Sombrero reef for snorkeling via "Star fish Snorkeling" charters....water visibility was FANTASTIC and we could see tons of fishes right from the boat..so it was exciting to take a dip with the snorkel gear...snorkel gear may be a little intimidating but once you get it there's no looking back......treading water is DAMN easy with the fins..you don't have to know swimming AT ALL...the first peep into the magnificient life of coral reefs was breathtaking, I'll never forget that....I could see fishes in all colors and sizes swimming right by me, some of the fishes were checking me out...since my ears were covered in water, all i could hear was the light current with the visual of colorful fishes feeding off of the reef, big fishes chasing small fishes, fishes playing with shells and so on..it is a totally different world there were SCORES of moon jelly fish @ sombrero reef on that day so we got stung all over..i've touched lots of jelly fishes and i'll never forget their texture..the highlight of the snorkel trip was the feeding frenzy of the fishes towards the end.....they fed some fishes from the boat and we were surrounded with literally thousands of fishes feeding all around us... we've all spent that night boozing and sharing our snorkel experiences.. |
