I am sure u already know this...First few pounds are easy to lose, then struggle starts. I lost first 10 pounds in no time but next 5 pounds took almost 4 months. I am pretty sure it will only get tougher from here but I am ready for the challenge




and when u become 35+ the first few pounds are really few :-) .. that is what i meant in my post ... i could only loose 3 kgs for the first 3 months effort .. and from then on it is consistent .. as given in the link, i have to give occassional shocks increasing intensity .. i gave the first shock, giving up smoking completely ... waiting to recover from that fully

Hill climb - half hour -- 380 cals

Tomorrow will have strength training with little cadio..

Target By April end convert 10 pounds of mass to muscle... food intake lo lowered carbs drastically...
