Ustad:I am sure u already know this...First few pounds are easy to lose, then struggle starts. I lost first 10 pounds in no time but next 5 pounds took almost 4 months. I am pretty sure it will only get tougher from here but I am ready for the challenge
and when u become 35+ the first few pounds are really few .. that is what i meant in my post ... i could only loose 3 kgs for the first 3 months effort .. and from then on it is consistent .. as given in the link, i have to give occassional shocks increasing intensity .. i gave the first shock, giving up smoking completely ... waiting to recover from that fully Maa cinema collection ATHYADHIKA kotlu .. maave genuince collections |

Park trial - half hour -- 280 cals Hill climb - half hour -- 380 cals Tomorrow will have strength training with little cadio.. Target By April end convert 10 pounds of mass to muscle... food intake lo lowered carbs drastically... keep up the good work Rajanna Amar Hai.
