Wednesday night - 10 mins jogging.. 40 pullups.. 40 parallel dips chest - press, inclined, declined.. flies.. - seem to have lost a lot of strength in lifting over the past several months of no weight training.. tricep - 3 super sets only 1 workout.. seems like it is time to start using some protein powder to retain strength.. |
