Feeling guilty. No gym today. Weight loss is going slow due to diet issues. Guess I need to switch completely to a Continental diet if I want to keep measure on calories. |

Monday: Shoulder Press + Seated Row + Biceps + Triceps Elliptical - 500 cals Treadmill - 345 cals Hum_Dum - thanks for the advise to try free weights. I started with dumbbells for Biceps and a pulley type machine for triceps. It just feels so much better and effective. Fan of Fab 5: Sachin, Rahul, Saurav, Laxman and Kumble.
