Depends on your goal bro. I want to lose weight i.e. why I am focusing more on cardio (elliptical and treadmill) and a bit on weights (chest press, lat pull down, biceps, triceps, shoulder press, seated row etc). Welcome to the club!!!  Fan of Fab 5: Sachin, Rahul, Saurav, Laxman and Kumble.

humptyesh - anytime cardio after weights is a better option i.e. if u can't spend separate days for cardio. 1st ee cardio chesthey it takes 7-10 mins for warmup and then u start burning calories..weights chesaka ayitey already heart rate up ayi untady..u can burn from the 1st min ani ekkado chadiva..spelling mistakes untey khaminchu..meaning ee lekuntey maninnchu |

KD i feel the same after leg work outs.. So i give my legs a break and just try to stretch once in a while.. I just listen to my body.. even i am waiting for someone like seinfeld to clarify on this.. |

sunday - legs monday - chest, 20 min run legs wkt chesthunna walla kee Q i see some sayign they are doing cardio ( run, elliptical) after working out lower body naaku lower body wts tho wkt chesaaka, muscles contract and i dont feel like running the next day i can hardly wake up without feeling muscle contraction in lower body is it a good option to do cardio after you have squeezed the hell out of your leg muscles? saturday - 1 hour la boxing sunday evening.. - jogging - 10 mins.. level 10 random.. speed at 5.8mph - pullups - 12, 10, 10, 10 - parallel bar dips - 12, 10, 10, 10 shoulders + biceps - shoulders - power clean + press.. - 4 X 10 each.. (finished with one set of 10lbs increase in weight but only 5 count) - seated press - 3 X 12 - flies - side - least weight to give perfect form.. so 3 X 10 - dumbell front raise - 3 X 10 - shrugs - max weight - biceps - bar - 3 X 10 - dumbell - 4 X 12 - 2 different exercises.. but twice for each type - pushups - 25 X 2, 15 X 1 |
