KD you are right.. strength training start chesaka LA Boxing slow down chesta.. maybe only twice a week instead of 3 or 4 days a week... but LA boxing is so bootiful man.. will be hard to go only twice.. I wish i had joined it when i was single.. |

Finally inspired with all the threads since a month, started going to gym again since last week. Wanted to wait until I gain some momentum and be consistent. first week was lots of cardio, running 2 miles and 20 mins on stepper and 30 mins on elliptical. Nothing with strength traning at all. This week,, Day 1 - Squats and legs first day followed by 40 mins of cardio Day 2 - rest Day 3 - lots of cardio and 20 mins of rowing Day 4 - Strength traning. Worked on chest and shoulders followed by 40 mins of cardio. Target - Loose atleast 20 pounds by End of May. Bring down the fat % in body to less than 15% , I am 15 pounds overweight to my height and age right now.. Thanks HD for inspiring!!! |
