j2f Bro..as katti mentioned BPEL is just a tiny part in entire SOA world..

if u really interested and become a master in SOA , ask trainer for comeplete SOA training , incldues BPEL+ ESB + AIA and lot more wil be there.

OSB is oracle service bus which is similar to the functionality of ESB..Now OSB has more demand in market..

if you want to just go for Job Kind of , go for this BPEL trainign which wil be useful for initial development and learn SOA pronicpile on your own from oracle website..that wil be initial step to move into Job related..
