ante mari, govt ki avasaram ithe regular land evaridhi ayinaa teeskuntadhi kadha..okka D-form ani emee ledhu kadha... kaani, regular land ithe if we can prove that that land is our 'breadwinner' then, we can go to court and get alternative land from govt or something else. | ||

naaku telsina rule prakaram, as per GO 1117, ex-servicemen ki ichina land edhainaa 10yrs anubhavinchaaka he gets all rights to sell it anta...so ee case lo, 1983 lo ichaaru kabatti..almost 20yrs ayipoyindhi...kabatti problem ledhu anukuntunnaa... kani, repu eppudainaa govt ki avasaram ayyi edhainaa acquire cheyyali anukunte, first D-form land ni dobbuthaar and pays the govt price to the land... is it risky to buy this land? | ||

Here is the situation... oka land bit vundhi NH5 pakkana... documents teppinchukoni chooste, adhi D-form land vundhi...This was given by govt to ex-serviceman in 1983..and he sold it off in 2003 to person B and person B sold it again in 2007...now that person is selling this land.... konochaa? asalu D-form land konochaa? daani rules enti? |
