Since we don't have any for weekend, will use this to sadly say no gym Feb 04. Fell off plan on the second day itself.

Elliptical - 45 mins - 500 calories.

Plan on regularly doing at least 1 hour of elliptical from today till end of May.

thursday night: La boxing.. 1 hour.. new instructor.. packing mein dhad dhadladinchadu..
dadapu 120 squats chesiuntam.. total ga.. ofcourse without weights.. and full ass to grass model Khan dada cheppinattu.. Ivvala thighs pattesay.. not sure what workout is possible today..
