Since we don't have any for weekend, will use this to sadly say no gym Feb 04. Fell off plan on the second day itself. Tomorrow at least 1 and 1/2 hr. |

Started on Feb 03(This time, plan to stick to plan for the year)... Elliptical - 45 mins - 500 calories. Plan on regularly doing at least 1 hour of elliptical from today till end of May. |
