again, it depends on your current body level..if u are close to 10% bf, you can handle carbs well compared to some one who is at 20%.

u can add carbs into your diet once your body fat goes down.. appati daaka its better to have rice/carbs only after workout that too 1-2 cups anthe..

basic gaa podduna afteernoon, night, evening carbs denki tinesi naaku six pack raledu ante kashtam...

abs are made in kitchen ani vine untav.. thats true. no matter what u do in gym, if your food choices are bad, then u will never see your abs.

do rigorous weight training and strict diet you will see abs..patience is important...

Maintain high protein diet, including protein shakes. Most popularly recommended protein power is Whey Protein. High protein diet includes lean meat, egg whites, fish like Tuna, Salmon. Vegetables should be steamed.

If you don't have much weight to lose, just do regular cardio. For like 1/2 hr on treadmill. Then focus on weights. Set your own routine as fits you. Give at least a days rest for muscles to recover. Go hear to read about setting a plan.

then today...elliptical meeda 1 mile sesi...weights etta...and konni abs chesa..

IS this correct thing Im doin...
