199lbs tahnksging time Lost good 15lbs till date. little bootcamp exerc and no rice for dinner. Non veg manesaa for one month, ciggi complete ga manesaa for now!... Feeling lot better now!!! WATER weight... tindi takkuva tinadam valla.... kappulo emi lenanduvalla ..oo 10 poinds easy ga taggam ani feel avutham first 2 weeks.. kani that is not correct.. oo pali manchiga tini madyana chusuko ni weight.. 7 ponds kadu ga.. same weight untavu.. weight loss is slow process... 175-180 lo undevaadini....sudden ga 195 ki ella.... dec end 2011 lo. In jan started diet + gym (not so regular). Right now I am 188...7 pounds taggina...1 month lo. Diet:- Pedda teda emi ledu...tinadam tagginchina....earlier there was no control on snacks or anything....tv choosthu....tinadameee... Rice almost nill....weekly once.quinoa start chesa...baane undi. soup and salads+ simple sandwiches appudu appudu... Gym:- Cardio....almost at 6 miles per hr lo 2miles complete chesthunna...biceps ki konchem weights....that's all... The point is will I loose 7 pounds every month like this simple stuff? if so that would be great  cbn ntr same family.. adhikaram mama ki poyinaa alludu ki vachindhi....we are fine --- OT http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZmnFXHU2dqo -- Daivam |
