For example an Account Manager brought a $8M contract, he should get 50%-100% bonus. None of the lowly engineers deserve that, I understand. people have to try and move up. j/k. yes, it is unfair but somehow they can get away with this. In our company, lowest level is 10% and it goes up to 100% (VP and above). already VP level lo total package vachi >500k vuntundi then on top of that bonus + RSUs + Options + performance units  | ||
