Oohlala:.that is common in any company, higher the grade, higher the salary and bonus/incentives.
Emo mari inna years gaa maa company lo ledu (25+ years history lo). High salary is a minimum requirement for higher grade. So are bonus/incentives based on their performance. For example an Account Manager brought a $8M contract, he should get 50%-100% bonus. None of the lowly engineers deserve that, I understand. These are separate incentive plans, we also have incentives for innovation, patents etc etc. Nenu maatladuthunnadi, only one incentive gurinchi, which is based on the total company's performance. If the company's revenue hit X, then what? used to be 3% uniform. Now, variable antunnaaru. Poni adi reasonable anukunnaa, due to this great new policy, there is no need for pay hikes antunnaaru. people have to try and move up. j/k. yes, it is unfair but somehow they can get away with this. In our company, lowest level is 10% and it goes up to 100% (VP and above). already VP level lo total package vachi >500k vuntundi then on top of that bonus + RSUs + Options + performance units |
