I have read a lot of good things about Hot Yoga. For those that want to become more flexible and lose unwanted fat, but still remain normal(non-muscular). African men are stronger than others. Naturally, they tend to put on more muscles. Their legs are stronger. I remember studying this stuff, but I also remember reading some fitness article. These differences exist. Men from Western Europe tend to be taller. Asians are shorter. |

Wow its already a month pch....Visit to gym has been erratic...but been pretty consistent with the diet changes.....and feeling lot better and fit.....wt has been constant at 200 lbs....weekends shtill eating oily food but have reduced the intake....overall CCDB and Humpty bro rawks... thanks for the motivation |

Today - chest workout kind of got a second wind during cardio and got a call from work at the same time one month feedback got my groove back..stuck to a routine, eating better than before working out has become an essential part of life weight has remained constant at lower 160s 2 weeks back changed routine to focus on strength so 5 x 5 for each major muscle group followed by low rep sets will do this till april april 1st nundi radical program okati set sedhaari anukuntuna hope you all had a great month looking forward to have more fun Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall,Humpty Dumpty had a great fall |
