1st get clarified. NEW ante neeku telusu LCA+application. if u changed in between and H1b outcome is not approved yet, then u have to file an amendment (revised LCA) and send them as an UPDATE to ur current h1b. they will approve. oka vela approval ayyaka, CLIENT change avuthey NO AMENDMENT reqd just LCA change enough. ***: akkada pending lo undi, nuvvu client change ayyi, update seyy ledu anuko, U will in SOUP as h1 will be approved on that OLD LCA and if u go to stamping with ur new client letter blah blah 'football' aadukuntaru. 1 month back my firend problem ayyindi. h1 approval old LCA meeda vachindi, veedu client change chesadu and location kooda, stamping pothey ammannaaaaaaaaaa boooth dobbesaru. MALLA company revised h1b file cheyyalsi vachindi, which they got 1 year lesser. 1 yr bokka padindi. original 2 yrs ochindi, rendosari 1 yr ochindi. he stamped and came 2 months later. just recently kRUshITHO nAsthee dURbhikSHAM!! whats the diff between filing a new H1 and H1 amendment? how much it costs for H1 amendment? If the 1st H1 is valid till Sep 2014 and the employee changes client and files for H1 amendment, will the H1 expiry stays the same or will it be given based on the new purchase order expiry date? |
