somewhere below..I mentioned. to take out named builders..like mantri..shobha..lanco... I am sure kindha kurrodu is not selling aptment from above groups... apts..from above group are always on high price...also there are many legal things to settle clearly..as these people have club houses...manintaince deposits..etc...and buyer shud pay price for that too... We have one two bedroom apartment in Divyasakthi bought back in 1990 for 3 lakhs. Now monthly rent is around 10-11K. Ippudu daani value minmum 30-35 lakhs vuntundhi. so 35 lakhs ki koni oka 2-3 lakhs karsupedithe motham revamp avvudhi. For people who prefer that particular location it will be good property. |

true brother..it boils down to individual... I have experienced as we have to get rid off 2 apts which are jus 3.2 years old..thala pranam thokaki vachindhi...even north indians who are usually interested in aptment culture kooda..boledu questions...and price entha ante antha bargain..chestaaru... As my personal experiece is not good in resale of apts..so i was saying tht..india stle of living ki aptmrnt resale chalaaa kastam..but not impossible though..if you are ready to loose some money and should not compare with market rate |

Apartments tho main problem RESALE...manchi locations lo konukkovachhu and parents unda taaniki etc baaga use avuthadi and also rent work out avuthadi...but RESALE will be a problem as lot of NEW inventory will always be available and people have choice to go for NEW Apts! KALYAN NAGAR decent residential area and all the best! PULP thammud about JAGAN REDDY: vaadu oosaravelli kaadhu simhabaludu!

Haa..no surprise brother..I said atleast they have marketing team and maintainance is better than individual builders..so they can pitch...more than us But to sum it up...its very highly unlikely to get rid of aprtment at the price you wish...Aprtments will fetch only rent...not a price when you sell(i am taling about second hand one's) naaku blore lone ammataaniki 3 years pattindhi i cud sell only 2 aprtments |

that is right in a way but resale even of apartments of mantri, sobha etc are difficult. i have seen apartments in bangalore by all these builders which are on the block for the past 6-9 months without being sold. on the whole i have realised that i am betting on investing in the stock market than investing in apartments. Nothing to beat the unmatched liquidity of the stock markets. |

3500 ekkuva antara. It is near Vengalraonagar. I am not too aware of the Hyd market now. If i do not get a good rate - am not averse to hold on. I get a decent rent. Prices in Bangalore for a similar flat would be around 4500/ sq ft. |

I have an apartment for sale in Hyderabad - Kalyan Nagar (near AG Colony). Very good quality construction. 8.5 years old, well maintained. It is on rent for the past 3.5 years. Parents used to stay there before i bought a villa and they moved out. Want to exit this place and buy something in Bangalore where i stay. First floor - road facing, great location (will be close to the metro line on Bombay highway). Area - 1250 Sq feet. No water problem. Expecting around 3500/ sq feet. Facing east (i think). |
