Well, this was from Ninnu Choodalani days, when even his father didn't come out in public to show his support.

Imagine my surprise to see that humble guy's interviews a few years after during Simhadri days. Contrast and confidence at peak levels.

Recall reading him say(according to that site) that he would be in films, even if only as a comedian.

We know a lot of sites are agenda-based. What I meant to say was that the quality of reviews by JV has gone down. Inconsistent. Also, he gives a lot of generosity to films by superstars but is ruthless to newcomers.

The first one is still running, Telugucinema.com and so is the most popular one, idlebrain.com. Have lost respect for IB long back. But JV used to write the best reviews(analyzing-wise, not rating) when he started. I recall that he would even review each song and remember dialogues. I think being in the industry, he has lost his 'pure' love for cinema. Probably awakened to how fickle it is..

but still his reviews are best compared to agenda based websites like greatandhra etc crap

Anyone remember all the shutdown sites that were for Telugu cinema? I remember reading Jr.NTR's first interview in one of these. Recall reading him say(according to that site) that he would be in films, even if only as a comedian. This was after his first film released. Remember reading Mahesh babu's interview around Yuvaraju shooting time for Wowhyderabad.

So many more, that I have forgotten. Of course, media adds and deletes what it wants, but losing these sites is sad.
