Employer documents: I-129 application [Must, huge document] LCA application Offer Letter Current letter from employer stating you are working for them with title. Ivi employer docs. Apart from them - 6mo paystubs 1yr bank statements All years 1040 tax documents and W2's Previous employer letters and 797's [pay stubs just in case] I20's Degree certificate [If you did masters here in disciplines like Biomedical, chances of getting 221g is 99%. Query might be resolved quickly] Tips: Try to get appointment in the first five days of your landing in hyd so that you could get your passport on time for your inbound travel. You should give couple of documents like interview letter, 160 5days prior to your interview. As soon as i landed, i went stait to give my docs. E document list ki official source emanna unda? from Visa consulates in India..I checked and i coudnt find any. I am FT, an official source will be really helpfull for me to push my HR to give me these documents. | ||
