nee patha labor application ki nee personal exp ki sambandhamee ledhu that position needs some one who is bachelors + 2 years at the minimum ... you had more exp so you applied and got the job..... new position requires bachelors + 8 years at the minimum so if you have 8 years you are eligible.... bit naa advice ayithe go with bachelors + 2 years, why because some times they may ask why do this position need those many years of Exp, you have to explain Jai NTR, Jai Jai TDP P.S : I am fan of my caste........ | ||

labor application even if it is bachelors + 4.9 years exp still it is not eligible for EB2..... One thing I agree is EB2 na EB3 na anedhi labor application meedha aadhara padi untundhi... MS + 1 Year exp ki naaku EB2 chesary. But this was almost 8 years ago. Labor lo book ayipoya adi vere vishayam. Maa company paralegal oppukoledu. Kaani manager cheppadu, "I need him on my team and he wants his GC filed in EB2 so do it". So future position ani file chesaru. Labor approval time is promotion icharu to meet the requirements. why so particular..about big companies. In my case I was offered full time wherever I worked but I struck to my desi employer who offered to do my GC and both of us had win win situation. I agree that he takes a cut for what offered, like perdiem, assurance that my status will be maintained event though I will be in between contracts (but by grace of almighty I was not on bench for even a single day. At the end we parted in good terms after my GC. I will not argue if if you are already in a big company and if you have lot of growth opportunities or if you have an offer from big one with great offer. Just my 2 cents..I know that each individual has their own priorities. But believe me..big companies think for them self and they will axe you in heart beat if they have to. | ||
