If you are using outplayed for saying they scored more points then I agree. props to lakers that they didnt do mistakes in crucial times. they played better than spurs when it mattered. spurs for whatever reason did mental mistakes at important times. they r so close to being 3-1 up yet so far being 1-3 down. | ||

what about the foul on this play. it should have been 2+1 for parker. neway no point in discussing ref calls. mistakes happen by refs both ways, afterall they are human. the team that did more mistakes lost in this game. | ||

dude the replays did show that fisher's shot had just glazed the front of the rim (jackson pointed out the same), then bounced out of bounds off of Robert Horry's foot...it was a very close call.... for that matter odom's goaltending call on parker is also questionable.... overall the ref's sucked....and added more drama to the game than it actually deserved... | ||

Kobe himself said that it is spurs philosophy not to foul him. they would rather give away layups,dunks but wont foul. good strategy knowing kobe averaged some 20 free throws per game against Utah. | ||

fisher's shot didnt hit the rim, it landed directly on horry's leg who is standing below the rim. Horry should've got that rebound instead of losing it out of bounds, so they have few more seconds to launch a 3 pointer or 2 pointer in time. | ||

def lakers got it close bcos of their time clock mismangement...aa foul vishayam lo...barry gadi posession mundhu...replays show fisher's shot hit the rim, so the clock should have been reset. which means instead of kobe needing to force a shot with not a lot of time left, the spurs would be forced to foul kobe or fisher, meaning the lakers would most likely have been up by 4 and making the non call a non issue... so adhi idhi cancel...the better team won finally... | ||

Finley, Horry are dead guys in this series. Though I love watching Spurs but anyone after Lakers only. Kobe has really come up in this series and especially in game4. Infact in game 3 thx to his 3 pointers in 4th Q they came as close as 12 but others did not help much. But last night everyone played perfect. Had that 3 poninter been fallen then it would have been a repeat of game 3 or 4 between lakers and kings where Lakers were down by 20+ and came back to win 100-99 with horry's three pointer. Close games always make my BP and tensions raise. | ||

spurs old age showed up in this game as they couldnt get any important rebounds giving lakers lot of second chances. hats off to spurs for the way they fought whole game. it's not over until itz over and we'll look for same effort from you next game. more than adjustments, agressive play will determine the winner. If Ginobili plays well in this game too, we'll see Kobe defending him in 2nd half. No Sasha can stop Ginobili if he is healthy and playing at his potential. No disrespect for Sasha, he played well in first 2 games, his scoring and defense helped Lakers win the first 2 games. | ||

spurs offense should not go bad with poor shooting. defense will always be there from spurs but if shots r not falling for their offense it becomes difficult. In game 3 Ginobili came in raining 3 pointers and every one on the court started playing with great energy. They definitely can repeat the same today. will they repeat? have to wait and see | ||
