I guess it is simple once you have a system. I need to set a system and eat the same stuff repeatedly. Carb is the major problem. Even tuna has to be taken with carbs(sandwich or as a side curry for roti). It shows up in one way or another. But in theory, yes, what you say is simple.:-) |

friday saturday no workout.. sunday matram.. 20 mins.. farmers walk with 35 lbs in my hands.. 12 rounds of 24 steps each round.. not much.. just wanted to try this exercise.. 10th round ki pulusu kaario.. last 2 rounds lost my form.. but still finished my target.. next time need to step it up to 40 lbs.. |
