వైయస్సార్ కాంగ్రెసు పార్టీ అధ్యక్షుడు, కడప ఎంపీ వైయస్ జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి ఆస్తుల జప్తు విషయంలో కేంద్రంలో తర్జన భర్జనలు సాగుతున్నట్లుగా సమాచారం. ఆయన ఆస్తులు జప్తు చేసేందుకు అవసరమైన ఆధారాలు ఉన్నట్లు అధికారులు ప్రాథమికంగా నిర్ధారణకు వచ్చారని తెలుస్తోంది. అయితే ఈ అంశంలో ఎలాంటి వ్యూహం అనుసరించాలన్నదానిపై రెండు కీలక మంత్రిత్వ శాఖలు సమాలోచనలు చేస్తున్నాయని తెలుస్తోంది. జగన్ కంపెనీల్లోకి వచ్చిన సొమ్ము విషయమై కనుగొనేందుకు త్వరలో రెండు బృందాలు మారిషస్ వెళ్లనున్నాయి. ఈ బృందాలు మారిషస్ వెళ్లొచ్చాక ఆస్తులు జప్తు చేయాలా? లేదా ఇప్పుడే చేయాలా? అనే అంశంపై రెండు మంత్రిత్వ శాఖల మధ్య ఏకాభిప్రాయం రావాల్సి ఉందట. మారిషస్ వెళ్లొచ్చాక అక్కడ లభించిన పత్రాల ఆధారంగా ఆస్తులను జప్తు చేస్తే పకడ్బంధీగా ఉంటుందని ఓ మంత్రిత్వశాఖ అభిప్రాయపడుతుండగా, ఇప్పటికే లభించిన ఆధారాలు సరిపోతాయని మరో మంత్రిత్వశాఖ అభిప్రాయపడుతున్నట్లుగా సమాచారం. అంతిమంగా మారిషస్ వెళ్లొచ్చాకే ఆస్తులు జప్తు చేసేందుకు ముందడుగు పడే అవకాశాలు కనిపిస్తున్నాయని తెలుస్తోంది. కాగా మారిషస్ కేంద్రంగా జగన్, కర్నాటక మాజీ మంత్రి గాలి జనార్ధన్ రెడ్డి ఆర్థిక లావాదేవీలు సాగించినట్లుగా దర్యాఫ్తులో వెల్లడైనట్లు వార్తలు వచ్చిన విషయం తెలిసిందే. జగన్తో సంబంధమున్న పదహారు కంపెనీల ఆర్థిక లావాదేవీలను ఆరా తీసేందుకు రెండు బృందాలను కేంద్రం మారిషస్ పంపాలని నిర్ణయించుకుంది. అయితే రెండు బృందాలను ఒకేసారి పంపాలా? వేరు వేరుగా పంపాలా? ఒక్కో బృందంలో ఎంతమందిని పంపాలి? అనే విషయంపై కసరత్తు జరుగుతోందని సమాచారం. మారిషస్ కేంద్రం సాగిన లావాదేవీల వివరాలు అందజేయాలని, వాటిని అధ్యయనం చేసేందుకు రానున్న బృందానికి సహకారమందించాలని ఇప్పటికే కేంద్రం అక్కడి అధికారులకు లేఖ కూడా రాసింది. నెలాఖరులోగా లేదా వచ్చే నెల మొదటి వారంలో అధికారుల బృందాన్ని పంపే అవకాశాలు ఉన్నాయి. మరోవైపు జగన్, గాలి ఆర్థిక అనుబంధం గురించి మూడున్నరేళ్ల క్రితమే నిఘావర్గాలు కేంద్రాన్ని అప్రమత్తం చేశాయట. కేంద్రానికి నివేదిక కూడా అందించినట్లు సమాచారం. అయితే ఒత్తిళ్ల కారణంగా ఆ నివేదిక బుట్టదాఖలు అయిందన్న అనుమానాలు వ్యక్తమౌతున్నాయి. ఆ ఒత్తిళ్లపై కూడా కేంద్రంలోని కీలక మంత్రిత్వ శాఖలు ఇప్పుడు దృష్టి సారించినట్లుగా సమాచారం. సీబీఐ విచారణ వేగవంతం హైదరాబాద్ : జగన్ అక్రమాస్తులు, ఎమ్మార్ ప్రాపర్టీస్ అవకతవకల కేసుల్లో సీబీఐ విచారణను వేగవంతం చేసింది. ఈరెండు కేసుల్లో ఛార్జిషీటు దాఖలుచేసేందుకు గడువు అయిపోవడంతో ఆలోపుగానే దర్యాప్తు పూర్తిచేయాల్సిఉంది. దీంతో సీబీఐ అధికారులు విస్తృతంగా ఆధారాల్ని సేకరిస్తున్నారు. ప్రత్యేకించి జగన్ ఆస్తుల కేసులో సచివాలయంలోని వివిధ విభాగాల నుంచి దస్ర్తాల్ని తెప్పించుకోవడంతోపాటు కొందరు అధికారులను పిలిచి ప్రశ్నిస్తున్నారు. ఈమేరకు భారీ నీటిపారుదల శాఖమంత్రి, నీటిపరివాహక ప్రాంత కార్యదర్శిగా పనిచేస్తున్న అధికారి అదిత్యదాస్ను సీబీఐ తాత్కాలిక కార్యాలయం దిల్కుషాకు పిలిపించారు. జగన్ కంపెనీల్లో పెట్టుబడులు పెటిటన కొందరు వ్యక్తులకు నీటిపారుదల కాంట్రాక్టులు దక్కిన వ్యవహారంపై అధికారుల ఆయన నుంచి వివరాలు తీసుకుంటున్నట్లు సమాచారం. ఇప్పటికే అనంతపురంలో పెన్న సిమెంట్స్కు జరిగిన భూకేటాయింపులపైనా ఓ బృందం క్షేత్రస్థాయి పరిశీలన జరుపుతోంది. మరోవైపు ఎమ్మార్ ప్రాపర్టీస్ కేసులోనూ సీబీఐ ఏపీఐఐసీ నఉంచి కొన్ని దస్ర్తాలను సేకరించడంతోపాటు అధికారుల్ని ప్రశ్నించింది. CBI and ED to freeze Jagan assets soon: Special Teams in Mauritius to record witnesses and evidences. As the serious probe into YS Jagan’s illegal assets takes massive shape the investigative agencies were pondering on the freezing of assets of the QPQ artist of Andhra Pradesh. The ED and CBI have already freezed many of bank accounts in HSBC, Stan Chart, ICICI and BOB belonging to YS Jagan and Vijay Sai Reddy. Now they were pondering over the confiscation of assets including both movable and immovable properties. CBI sources said that Jagans assets included a yacht and a four seater micro light plane, an island villa, 9 flats, two each in Delhi, Mumbai and Chennai, three in Hyderabad besides mansions in Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pulivendula, Kadapa and Ooty. Whether the Jagan’s assets be confiscated by investigating agencies, making him financially crippled and politically immobile is the moot question. The central agencies including ED and CBI are mulling over moving in any time to freeze the accounts of various business ventures of the YSR Congress Party chief which are already identified for a number of violations. The agencies are said to have independent evidence in over ten cases where in Jagan violated FEMA and other regulations governing foreign capital influx into the country. The agencies have by preliminary probes established prima facie of evidences lying in several banking institutions of Mauritius, where from Jagan allegedly manipulated his accounts through shell companies. The ED and CBI teams are visiting Mauritius this week and are likely to make arrests there after in Hyderabad, Mumbai and other locations. Before that they are expected to freeze assets of various companies including Jagathi Publications that will hit Jagan most. The employees of both Jagan’s paper and TV channel are a worried lot with the Damocles sword hanging over their heads. Besides the political heat, the media companies are also feeling financial heat for sometime, as the government has stopped being liberal in its advertisements to the publication.
