but brisk walking, u wont be putting too much of pressure on ur muscle that if u dont have strong leg muscle ... even if it pains during walk .. after relaxing it will go away .. running, if ur leg muscle strains, it will take its own time to recover ... i always believed to run consistently, first u have to exercise to rehash the muscle for sometime and start

so eliptical set chesa .. daily 400-500 cals regular .. and weekend lagethatam .. anthak minchi time dorakadu ..

ippudu smoking quit sesanu kabatti .. regular ga lagethatam try chestha .. weight mathram 4-5 kgs taga with eliptical itself, with out too much effort

R u upper 30 and close to 40 or what....




i am 37 ... and i use a personal elliptical trainer and i have a strong belief that it also can take me only uptil 7kmph speed after that it wobbles a lot .. and usually i dont go beyond 6 kmph as that speed itself makes me sweat fully at the end of 1 hour session ..

don't worry too much about calories burnt
just see if you are progressing...be it running, elliptical or any other cardio( time, speed, resistance etc), lifting weights
eat healthy and make the whole routine as part of your lifestyle
