Chantodu..moongdal is the natural way..which contains 16 gms of protien..problem (not exactly problem) entante calories chaala ekkuvaa...workout chesi burn chesi calories ikkada teesukovadam..and even protein drinks has lot of calories but less vundahi choosukovali..

Nenu veggie ni andhukey asking for alternatives. Of course daily milk, pappu/sambhaar compulsory anuko...ee soya I use sometimes for Biryani in the place of meat and other times as gravy curry, not taking so often, but once in 2 or 3 weeks Ok kadhaa...
