Chantodu..moongdal is the natural way..which contains 16 gms of protien..problem (not exactly problem) entante calories chaala ekkuvaa...workout chesi burn chesi calories ikkada teesukovadam..and even protein drinks has lot of calories but less vundahi choosukovali.. |
