bhayam emi ledu..u learn with time..rojulu chesindi waste ani kaadu as long as you burn calories and have your net calorie deficit..

compound lifts are good because you use lot of muscle groups and in turn burn lot of calories.

3 sets of biceps curl or tricep pulldowns per week is what I do at max these days

olympic lifts are great...i hurt my traps doing one of them - push press behind neck...need a better plan and execution

just a suggestion.. dont focus on biceps, triceps and calfs for now..u r wasting your time doing that.

just focus on compound movements and some olympic lifts..

you will get your arms hit from those...just a suggestion..

most people are not there yet to isolate movements...isolation comes into picture in the later part of the game...

I will do research on this. Never cared vitamins dosage before. We walk at work for 1 hour everyday around noon and I burn 600 in gym (elliptical, arc-trainer for 50 mins)
