as far as i remember, it doesn't contain saturated fat.i only saw mono and poly..i would nt pick if it had saturated


saturated fat is not really bad..ur diet should consist of 1/3 of each saturated, poly, mono..

trans fat is what u should avoid the most..

kanni diet full of onlyyyy sat is bad..

do u guys know coconut oil is good for cooking..and it contains lot of saturated fat..also butter.

kani manollu good anagane kg kgs lagistharu which is bad..hope u got it

traps hurt ayindhee..icy hot patches helped but I could not understand what was making it come back again during the nights
sat morn 4 am kee pain tho legisi research started...
head neck and upper body straight line lo pettali when sleeping...and lots of external shoulder rotations during the day
it worked and I made it to the gym today




dont workout through pain..icy hot pack is very good..

get some epsom salts and take bath..magnesium sulphate will loosen ur muscle tension and reduces any inflamation..

ante adhi maree.. Exercise coupled with 1st week of Dukan diet. Ate only protien (Siken)during 1st week and there after watching what I eat. Now I am not loosing much. Fat accumulated over ears is tough to shed.
