I am not underestimating anyone here..




They are making money even selling water, it is not same india 10 years back, even some of the central govt salaries are unbelievable, foe ex I know some one who joined 15 years back and his salary is 20Lakhs, add his wife salary .. and other incomes ..

You have to pay a lot of money even for a carpenter, plumber or any other technician .. if any one can provide service that demand is unlimited, either it is food, or transportation or anything else. People are ready to spend , not just on kids education , but also on life style

You would be surprized... A lot of People living in India can afford more than a typical NRI, who can only save 10 - 30 K USD per year, which tranlates to 15 lacks.

Whereas, 15 lacks is chump change for a lot of people living in India.

simple logic...buy something which u can enjoy or it generates some income monthly in terms of rent...reselling of emty land also not a cake walk...

I think, it would be...

Thanks to KCR. The reason is - supply and demand. With T lolli, everybody wants to invest in their home town and hence there is money flowing into entire AP. Previously, all this money was going to Hyd.

So, in long run also, these prices will stay.

the only exciting thing is the location. aa land lo nundi right side chusthee 33 storied 5 big buildings of lanco hills(adjacent lanco lake) lake anukoni oka 2 acres then DPS. aa 2 acres land lo oka 2000 Sq yards vundi.(telisina valladi). they r looking to sell around 1000 sq yard.

looks like that is happening place...danekka bangalore lo HSR layout ani vundhi...just housing baord laagaa no great companies too around...but area maatram sooper...

unable to find empty place anything under 60 lakhs....in that area...

one month back I have seen a place(as I am dead against for apartment culture). Wanted to construct my own house in a decent locality.

I have seen a place just back side of Delhi Public scool in Nanakramguda. This site is opposite to LANCO Hills. Precisely speaking in between lanco hills and DPS and also in between the two roads connecting to lanco hills.

2000 Sq yards place vundi. construction work is going on(3 apartments).

200 Sq yards/250 Sq yards plan chesthunnan. 22K to 23K madya vundi square yard. Antha amount pettavachaa?

chaala equations work ayyayi. Infosys< Wipro/ICICI campus laku back side vastundi. ORR ki one kilometer vundi. easy access to airport/gachibowli/jubilee hills. nice ambience. kaani rate konchem ekkuva ani feeling.
