They are making money even selling water, it is not same india 10 years back, even some of the central govt salaries are unbelievable, foe ex I know some one who joined 15 years back and his salary is 20Lakhs, add his wife salary .. and other incomes .. You have to pay a lot of money even for a carpenter, plumber or any other technician .. if any one can provide service that demand is unlimited, either it is food, or transportation or anything else. People are ready to spend , not just on kids education , but also on life style | ||

You would be surprized... A lot of People living in India can afford more than a typical NRI, who can only save 10 - 30 K USD per year, which tranlates to 15 lacks. Whereas, 15 lacks is chump change for a lot of people living in India. | ||

that is what is happening to more or less over all indian real estate... if today one NRI bought a land...you can make profit..only by selling to other NRI(who is again speculative then) or to some biggie.. unless...common man is trading in this real estate market..it won't survive...edho land koni...naaku okati vundhi,...ani speculative chestoo padukovadame..and there is no ROI and no enjoyment... simple logic...buy something which u can enjoy or it generates some income monthly in terms of rent...reselling of emty land also not a cake walk... | ||

Bezwada lo floating population and mostly families living in Vijayawada for kids's education. Rest of your question... Thats a Million $$$$ qustion that I never got answer. I guess there are too many people in Vijayawada with kids from overseas that wants to invest there. Other than Speculation, there is no ROI concept. | ||
