Desparado:mee suggestion enti which one shd i go with....
Simple. Plasma has better black levels where as LCD/LED is brighter. If the room has lot of windows and light then LCD/LED performs better (plasma looks dull). If you are going to put the TV in basement or in controlled lighting (with window blinds) then plasma suits you. The specs like refresh rate is just marketing ploy. Don't go by them. If going with plasma, get a Panasonic. Period. For LED/LCD, get Samsung or Sharp. Also, on higher end LED models, there are lot of features that you may not need. If you have a bluray player or Roku that has internet apps and can stream, stick with lower end model TV. Don't spend money on higher end models for these features. |

Consulting ayithe LED best. Lightweight, advanced features. Full-time avthe Plasma. Sports ki plasma chaala bgauntadi. Real life images ki plasma rocks. But for movies, cartoons, games LED rocks. But NFL season ayipovachindi, so pedda difference ledu. |

Uppu:LCD inka max 240, adi kuda very rare
http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,2817,2379206,00.asp From the article: Tastes can vary, and you might enjoy the potential judder-reducing, motion-smoothing effects of an HDTV with 120Hz or 240Hz modes. But they don't add any actual detail to the video, and they certainly shouldn't be considered dealbreakers when you're shopping for an HDTV. Even if you get a set that supports 120Hz or 240Hz (or even 480Hz or 600Hz) video modes, you might want to disable them, and watch the video without any interpolation or judder-reducing effects. |
