Today: swiss ball glute bridge dead lift cable lat pulldown one arm row cable seated low row t bar bent over row dumbbell hammer curl barbell bicep curl 20 mins stairmaster weekend: sat'day chest and triceps, stairmaster food - avoided greasy stuff,stuck to quinoa, baked salmon, broccoli, eggs , kabobs and chole no alcohol looks like I gained a bit over one pound this past week or so, need to recheck end of this week. |
