HYDERABAD: The family members of Telangana martyrs would contest in at least four Assembly segments in Telangana region in the forthcoming byelections. "Amaraveerula Kutumbala Rashtra Ikya Vedika" has announced four of its candidates. Bandari Adilakshmi (Kollapur), P Tagore (Station Ghanpur), B Uppalayya (Kamareddy) and B Devsingh (Adilabad) will contest the byelections, Vedika state president M Raghuma Reddy said. Earlier, he along with members of the martyrs' families, submitted a memorandum to the DGP stating that the provocative statements made by TRS chief K Chandrasekhar Rao and TRS MLA T Harish Rao were responsible for the suicides of their kin.
