In either of the Call or Put options, how do you figure out the actual price of a stock. For example, BAC is trading at $5, how do I buy put options without knowing its estimated stock value? I mean it's like hedging against a stock blindly. (Sorry, I don't have much experience with buying call or put options, I've only traded stocks in the past). | ||

What makes you think so? The reason why I'm saying gas price would go up during the summer is because there is an impending war between US & Israel vs Iran....If US attacks Iran before summer, the chances of gas prices shooting up is highly likely as Iran will attempt to block the oil exports to the entire west. | ||

Bro, how do you decide the original value of the stock? I mean if you are investing in stock options, you always want to know it's original stock value...right? Because if we sell the options later, there has to be a buyer at some point of time. | ||
