Mastaruu, Kindly follow few rule before going with unknown builders 1) Go and see live buildings. Minimum 3 case studies of similar budget 2) Final estimate should include all quotes: landscaping, all building inspection fees, local city approvals, community appraisals, etc…. 3) Clear off all mechanical liens for sub contracts working for him You can check all the docs for previous buildings as well.. | ||

go to your local real estate associate. home builders have different ratings in different cities and states. some are local some are national. Normal ga not all builders operate in all areas. I think google can help to find local builders with good ratings. JDpower can also help. In history there is no such thing as the last word on any subject research leads to new things every day | ||
