You can go for Gastric Bypass(Lap Band). That is what Jr might have gone and that is what he means that he will not gain the weight back. They operate and reduce the size of the stomach either by cutting it(done in extreme case) or by putting a band on the stomach. Due to this you will loose apetite and will lose almost 20 LB's in a month. For heavy weight guys they lose 40 LB's in a month. However the skin migh sag and you might have to undergo a surgery to remove the excess skin. It might be a better option to get it done in India. In US there is whole lot of process in order for the Insurance companies to cover it.

Obviously we all are judged by our looks. We can't stop that simple fact. So we might as well look as good as we possibly can. One of the best ways for women to get attention-getting feminine curves is to reduce your waist size. This helps to make your boobs look bigger and give your hips a nice hour glass look to them.

So here are 2 exercises that'll reduce your waist size rather quickly.

1. Vacuum Pose

If you want to know the best exercise to do that takes inches off your waist, this is the one. My clients average about 1.75 inches lost in less than 1 month with this exercise alone.

You do it by sucking in your belly, focusing on your belly button. So suck in your belly button and not your upper belly area. Suck it in as much as possible and then hold it for 15-60 seconds. Keep the tension. Then exhale, rest briefly, then repeat.

To lose 1.75 inches in less than a month, you'll need to do this 5 minutes a day. I've had clients do this 15-20 minutes a day and lose 3 inches from their waists.

2. Hula Hooping

Who would've thought that a $3 hula hoop would be such a great piece of equipment to reduce the size of your waist. But it is. It does an incredible job of toning your waist and hips to give you a belly dancer's type of body. Do for 5-10 minutes a day.

unfortunately there is no tool to measure the metabolic rate..as far as i know...you cannot quantify it...but it is definitely a big factor...

correct ye..but it depends on how accurate the equipment is...1000 cals burn cheyyatam ante in one session..is too much....40 min on a threadmill at 5-6 mph speed tho chesthe you will burn around 500 cals...

just running kakunda...you should workout for muscles a little which will burn calories even when you are not working out to some extent...

I don't think it is true...It just gives you a ball park estimate...

Because each person's metabolic rate is different..so for the same exercise your body may burn more fat than mine..

Also..if you run the same 2 miles in open air vs tread mill ...there will be difference too...because of the wind resistance factor

First we need to identify what you eat on a regular basis...identify the high calorie..high fat items in that one..and switch to low calorie/low fat..

For example..if you are making Dosas...instead of Oil use PAM

Instead of buying Full Fat Paneer from outside..make it at home with 2% milk..

and many more...

Daily 2-3 miles lagethandi...rice manesi...rotis without oil and more vegetables thinandi...

Kapalbhaati pranayaam...chesina taruvatha ...full akali vesthundi..basically the metabolic rate increases..if you control your urge to eat...then you can use this to reduce..slowly..

the other thing is extend your eating time to 20 minutes with lesser quantity...
