per week 5 cups is ok..but try using low fat milk

5 AM - pre workout
2 whole wheat bread slices with a thin layer of jam along with milk ovaltine or pre workout shake
7 AM - post workout oka whey scoop in water
banana or cup of pineapples
followed by 3 eggs( one whole, 2 white)...1-2 slices of bread
around 10-1030: oka handful of nuts
1230 - lunch - cup rice or 2-3 rotis along with (siken, veg koora)
430 - oru scoop whey, 5-6 ritz whole wheat crackers
7 PM -dinner same like lunch , no rice...skien badhulu, fish, turkey ...edhi untay adhi
9 -PM - greek yogurt cup or glass of milk

sein kurrod level reach awwali antay kodhigaa kastam...for now ee plan lo healthy options tho munduku saagudaamu ani trying

I personally avoid sugar by itself...not a regular coffee tea drinker..eppudaina T lo oka sitekudu ..dats it
milk lo whey supplement type ve vesaaka...I dont think u will need sugar at all..taste by itself is good

Just one advise to all people who want to be in shape in this thread (I dont care about people who say it and eat or lead life as if there is no tomorrow)

clean eating is not really tough until you want to eat 100% clean

if you want to eat 80% clean throughout the year then its not really tough but you need to be little intelligent..

1. learn reading labels
2. learn what is bad and good carbs, what is bad and good fat
3. paina rendu vasthe, automatic gaa if u eat at restaurants or outside u can make right judgement what to eat. just select any dish that is high in protein, low in bad fats and good carbs or no carbs.

as simple as that..

so I take a break for a min and do it again..resting between sets

my workout split is 2 upper body and 2 lower body splits in a week

200 gm of chicken + 1/2 cup cheese + asparagus
200gm of turkey + olive oil + spinach
2 cups cottage cheese no salt + fishoil + steamed veggies

300 gm of brown rice + Pear + orange

ya anduke do more energy consuming compound workouts first.you will get more out of that..nee lats exhaust ayyaka pullups ante kashtam..do pullups first..

always do progressive loading that will improve your reps and strength

but i got stuff to take care at home each evening...I make it a point to hit the sack by 10 PM and wake up before 5 AM...it is the only time I get for myself...so want to make full use of it

oka ganta late morning ayina good kadha...office gym untay...may be in between downtimes
last month naaku office lo band baanay padindhee...but couple of days comp off type lo dorikihtay cardio, played kinect at home( u can do lots of squats in those games)

one more thing: There is no such thing like loosing fat in specific area of the body my working on specific parts of the body. Fat in human body is one single organ. Fat adjusts overnight in your body no matter which parts of the body you concentrate on. Tires povali ante hip related exercises cheyyali anedi just illusion.

guys sinna suggestions dont go alot by calories, go by time spent, and pressure exerted. the calibrations are not exact on most machines, as the heart rate monitors are not nearly accurate. you can get buy one by yourselves, but they are pretty costly, i use one while biking.

go by time, and your breathing capabilities. after a while you would not worry about calories burnt.

naa exp tho cheptunna make sure you know correct amount of calories in the food you are consuming. Entha gym chesam entha quantity tinnam anedi only one side of story. Maintain log of calories intake. EOD you will be amazed when you compare actual amount of calories consumed with the assumed number. use www.nutritiondata.com or google to find out actual calorific values. Never ignore fats. Substitute bad fats with good mono unsaturated fats like avacados, almond, cashews, walnuts, olive oil etc. In case of carbs, eat food with low glycemic index. Watch your fiber (atleast 20g) and water intake (at least 3L, most of the time bod/brain misinterprets thirst for hunger). My 2 cents.

try rowing it strengthens all the muscles needed for pullups, but you can increase resistance as per your strength. after a certain point pullups become vzier

Dint get chance to put my details yesterday.

Height - 5, 9
Weight - 180

Target - 170 by April 1st

Current routine - walks with the dog, no serious physical activity since 6 months, since knee surgery.

I have a medium frame and decent muscle mass.
Aim to tone, and loose flab.

Hurdles - Planning!!
I have had a pretty busy 3 months, work ranging from 10 to 12 hrs a day 6 days a week. This will continue for the next 3 months.

Need to come up with a plan to add an extra 45 minutes other than daily walks. I would love to wake up early to find the time, but I am having to spend late nights, to work with my team which is in Russia.

Suggestions iyyandi, how are you guys dealing with schedules.

2010 lo atleast assisted chesay waadnee and sometimes with palms facing each other...last year dobbina fitness walla, now assisted ke kooda body says no no...
OTOH i can go heavy(progressively, in my range) on one arm dumbbell rows, bent over barbell rows, low pulley rows etc...
my "wings" are really bad...i kind of gave up trying :-(
