ragi flour with water..boil with little bit salt(or no salt)..continously stir..then it will become muddha..that is ragi sankati...it is bland in taste..but very healthy..when u mix it kodi pulusu or royyala iguru then swargam will be dancing in front of u.. complete gaa raagi tho chesthe it will be too hard to taste.. Karnataka lo raagi muddha ante only raagi pindi.. maa chittoor lo nookala biyyam plus ragi pindi tho chesthaaru baavuntundhi rice ni cooker lokaakundaa.. paathra lo vudaka pettaali with more water than usual.. 80% boil ayyaaka.. water unnappude raagi pindi vesi mixing cheyyaali.. maa villages lo large quantity tho chesthaaru.. they completel cook the rice and mix the ragi pindi later.. vaatikosamane sangati karra ani separate chekka gutthilu untai sankati ki keka combinations ante -- boti, paya,chicken,mutton, Gurugaaku pappu, anapaginjala kaaram pulusu etc | ||

Raagulani, powder chesi, cook chestaaru. Famous in Seema, Karnataka. Very healthy. Try it and if you like it, try to eat it more often instead of rice. It would be very healthy. a lot of fiber, no sugars, etc | ||
